The School-to-Work International Skills, Experience, Attitude, and Knowledge Program focuses on problem-solving, communication, reasoning, and the attitude required for 21st century opportunities.
The program starts with a personality test aimed at advising the learner on the ideal career path. The learner also identifies training and education needs and the appropriate starting level and phase. Training courses are presented alongside videos and exercises to help the learner measure their performance. At the end of the course, the learner takes a robust Career Readiness Test.
